We had some nice news at the end of the year. Firstly, our song “Mama’s Got Cookies” made BBC Radio Sheffield Introducing Top 30 tracks of the year! Also, Music Connection Magazine made us one of the top 100 unsigned live bands! Great way to end a great year! See you all in the new year!

The lineup for the Asagiri Jam 2013 festival was announced this week. Along with Beth Orton, Asian Dub Foundation, Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra, and many many others, will be… Jimmy Binks and the Shakehorns! Admittedly, it’s on a small stage , but it’s a big big deal for us, and we couldn’t be happier! Tickets are still available if anyone fancies it!　今週、朝霧ジャムの出演者が発表された！　東京すスカパラとかBeth Ortonとか、いいバンドいっぱい来る。。。あと。。。Jimmy Binks and the Shakehornsも出るよ！！一番小さいステージなんですけど、超嬉しい！ まだ、チケット売っていると思うから、皆おいでよ！

Brilliantly and rather randomly, one of our earliest songs “Junjo” was used in a TV movie on the Hallmark Channel over in the States last week! The movie is called “Banner 4th of July” and you can see the scene here! Enjoy!
